Hello, hello!
I just wanted to give everyone a little bit more info regarding Geocities closing and the current state of GBM.
All of the stories on GBM that are currently hosted on Geocities have been uploaded onto other sites and as it stands, almost all the story links have been changed on the board as a result. I wanted to do it before the closure to make sure that October 26th didn't arrive and 75% of the fics on GBM didn't work.
The only story links that still need to be changed are for the Dark Angel boards K to Z. Scarlet will be changing those and they should hopefully be done before October 26th.
Now, if you're a writer here at GBM, and you've come to change your story links only to notice they've already been moved for you, please feel free to move them to the server of your choice and re-change them. After all, we'd much prefer you host your stories on your own site. It'll especially help us with any future bandwidth issues we may have.

Hello!
So it's been awhile. There's not much to report other than today is the official day that Geocities is closing. We've managed to back up all the stories on the board and change out the links so every story should be working regardless of Geocities' status. Because we rock like that. I'd like to thank everyone who helped with the project (Scar, Lynn, Sue, Crogos, and Panda), which took months to complete. It was crazy!
We also have two new authors at GBM. Both are DA writers, one is Edrea who's fic can be found at the top of the page in the recommendations box. And our other newest author is Stratagem who we're absolutely thrilled to have with us.
Please be sure to welcome them to GBM!
